Warranty and RMA Policy

• Kiwatek products are covered by a 12-month period warranty against blemishes in materials and defected workmanship from the date of purchase.
• Return freight will be charged when goods returned within warranty period; whereas Kiwatek will bear after service return freight for customers.
• If the warranty has expired, Kiwatek will serve the defective item at the owner's expense.
• Any improper or inadequate maintenance or human scratch by the customer are excluded from the warranty.

Environmental Policy

The "Restriction of the Use of Hazardous Substance in Electrical and Electronic Equipment" directive or "RoHS" came into force on July 1 2006. The aim of this directive is to restrict the use of Lead (Pb), Mercury (Hg), Cadmium (Cd), Hexavalent Chromium (Cr6+), Polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), and Polybrominated diphenyl Ethers (PBDE) in electrical equipment.

Kiwatek is fully committed to comply with the RoHS regulation, thereby contributing to the protection of the environment and human health. Any product, components, units or other items (including attachment, packing, materials, and other items) do not contain any of the specified hazardous substances. Kiwatek’s authentic products are 100% RoHS compliant.
